Does Used.Green also buy from private individuals?: We do not purchase IT hardware from private individuals.
Which IT hardware does Used.Green purchase?: We buy all types of used electronics or technology. PCs, notebooks, cell phones, smartphones, TFT monitors, scanners, printers, receivers, network technology, routers, switches, powerline adapters, repeaters, access points, cash registers, customer displays, touch monitors, receipt printers, barcode scanners, cash register accessories and PC systems.
What information is required for a purchase inquiry?: Send us a list of your old IT that you would like to sell to us. The following information will help us to create an offer: condition, quantity, manufacturer, model, CPU, RAM, hard drive, do you want data erasure?
Will I receive proof of data destruction?: You will receive a detailed data destruction certificate that proves that your data storage devices were deleted or disposed of/destroyed in accordance with the agreed service level.
How does my IT get to you and is there any cost to me?
When can I expect payment?: We pay your bill immediately! As soon as the money has been credited to your account, you can arrange a pick-up date with us.
